Are your products authentic?

Yes. All our products are 100% authentic or original. We source our products directly from the products' websites and authorized distributors.

Why are your prices much cheaper than others?

Because we source our products directly from the products' websites and authorized distributors in the United States and ship them to the Philippines via sea cargo.

Do you have Cash on Delivery?

Yes, we do. We accept order for Cash on Delivery without any additional fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

We are accepting bank transfers and Gcash Money Transfer. For further information on our payment instructions, please click Payment Methods at the bottom of this page.

How do I pay via credit card?

At the moment, we are not accepting credit cards as payment. 

What are Pre-Orders?

Pre-orders are considered as reservations made on a product that is currently either sold out or not on hand and is scheduled to be shipped at a future date.

When you pre-order our products, you also get first dibs on when the products finally arrive.

How do identify pre-order products?

You may be able to view all products that are available for pre-order by visiting our Pre-Order page.

Until when can I place a pre-order?

Pre-order period lasts for 60 days or until the products arrive, whichever comes first.

All pre-orders must be placed and paid within the pre-order period in order for us to set the product’s final and total quantity to be delivered

It is important to place your order and settle payment within the pre-order period in order to successfully secure your slot.

All unpaid pre-orders are cancelled after the pre-order period.

Are pre-orders guaranteed?

We guarantee to do everything in our capacity to meet and fulfill your pre-order.

However, we do not discount the idea that several instances may occur between the time of shipment of our products from United States to the actual time that we receive the products  that may lead us to inevitably cancel your pre-order.

In the event that your pre-order has to be terminated for unforeseen events and reasons beyond our control (ie. unavailability on distributor's website, broken items received, missing products, etc) - you may rest assured we will notify you immediately, and issue full refund to you thru your original mode of payment.
